Sarah Fink, LCSW

Sarah Fink graduated with a Master’s in Social Service Administration from the University of Chicago in June of 2021. She is a compassionate and creative individual who is effective and experienced at serving individuals, families, and youth. Sarah is dedicated to supporting and empowering people by creating meaningful connections, providing trauma-informed clinical interventions, and utilizing anti-racist, harm reduction methods to enhance their well-being.
Her past work and volunteer experience include working in Chicago and Madison as a housing case manager for folks experiencing homelessness, performing street outreach for the homeless population, tutoring youth in reading and math, and teaching yoga. Before joining the Catalyst for Change team, Sarah was a social work intern at Johnson College Prep in Englewood, Chicago, a program assistant at Chicago Youth Programs, an after-school program, and a housing specialist at the Tenant Resource Center. Sarah is currently a school social worker for Madison Metropolitan School District and a part-time Mental Health Professional for Catalyst for Change.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her children, reading, playing sand volleyball, and watching sports.
