Ruchita Ervin is the co-founder and CEO of Our Generations Inc. and clinical supervisor at Catalyst for Change. She is currently practicing as a therapist by providing mental health and substance abuse treatment in the Madison, WI area. She finds fulfillment in providing clinical supervision to staff who are supporting the mental health of their clients and helping them further reflect and develop their skills as professionals. She is very family-oriented and spends most of her time outside of work with her husband and two kiddos. She appreciates humor and is always looking for reasons to smile each day (…and she definitely finds them).
