Lindsey (they/them) holds a Bachelor’s of Social Work from Western Kentucky University. Their academic background, combined with hands-on experience, enables them to approach each situation with empathy, a person-centered approach, and a mindset of ensuring that every individual feels seen, heard, and included.
Before joining the CFC Team, Lindsey dedicated the last 6 years to supporting individuals with mental illness and substance use disorders within the transitional housing setting. With a strong commitment to helping clients achieve their highest level of independence, they played a crucial role by providing leadership to their team, facilitating personalized care, and creating pathways to long-term stability. Their work reflects a deep commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those they serve and making a positive impact in the community. They are excited about their new role at CFC which will still allow them to pursue their passion of working with vulnerable individuals within the Dane County Community.
