Jeff Messer, BS

Service Facilitator

Jeff has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Pennsylvania State University. He previously worked for a non-profit criminal justice organization, assisting the Wisconsin Department of Corrections with community supervision. 

Some interests include studying history, recidivism rates, victimology, and the impact that mental health challenges and addiction have on individuals, and society in general. He enjoys traveling, and spending time with his family.
