Shailyn Brooks has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and carries a strong passion for forensic psychology. With a focus on reducing incarceration and recidivism rates, she volunteers her time to research effective strategies. Shailyn also volunteers at the Dane County Resource Desk, offering essential supplies and valuable service information to those in need. Her advocacy extends to supporting individuals facing substance use and mental health challenges and actively working towards equitable resource access for all.
