Maria Tran Andreakos, MSW, APSW

Psychotherapy Provider

Maria is deeply committed to exploring the interconnected aspects of well-being, striving to create meaningful, lasting impacts in the lives of those she supports. She recognizes that each person’s journey is unique and that early experiences profoundly shape their present. In her practice, Maria creates a space for authentic self-expression and connection, attuning deeply to the individual needs of those she serves. She views the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative partnership, working together with clients to foster growth and healing. Believing that there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to therapy, Maria tailors her methods to meet each client’s needs. She is also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).

With a strong background in social work and community mental health, Maria has led and developed outreach programs for homeless services in the Madison area. Most recently, she served as the Lead Outreach Specialist for Catalyst for Change, where she supervised a team and provided outreach services and resource connections to individuals and families experiencing unsheltered homelessness. These experiences have shaped Maria’s compassionate, holistic approach, emphasizing trust, collaboration, and empowerment in her work.
